Authority Over AutoImmune – Immune Awareness and Energy Support
An energetic and educational MP3 series for anyone who wants to better understand their immune system, autoimmunity, and the mind‑body‑energy connection. In this series, Lynn explores how the immune system is supposed to work, what can influence it, and how emotions, beliefs, and life experiences may show up in the body’s energetic field. These programs offer an alternative, energy‑based approach to self‑awareness and wellness and are not medical treatments or a substitute for professional care.
In this series, Lynn educates and offers energetic perspectives on topics such as:
- How a healthy immune system recognizes “self” vs. “non‑self”
- Common patterns and triggers discussed in mainstream autoimmunity research (e.g., infections, environmental and lifestyle factors)
- The roles of inflammation, cytokines, and immune signaling
- Gut health, barrier function, and immune communication
- The energetic impact of stress, trauma, and long‑held emotional patterns
- Genetics, family patterns, and ancestral “immune stories”
- Detox, drainage, and how the body processes internal and external stressors
- Energetic tools for cultivating inner authority, self‑advocacy, and body communication
- Mindset, beliefs, and identity shifts around living with long‑term health challenges
Each session combines immune‑system education with guided energetic work to support greater awareness, relaxation, and a sense of empowerment on your personal wellness path.
