Autoimmune Series – Immune Awareness and Energy Support
This series is for people who want to better understand their immune system and explore an energetic, mind body approach to living with long term health challenges. Lynn combines simple education about how the immune system works with guided energetic processes to help you feel more connected, supported, and empowered on your wellness journey. These programs are offered as alternative, energy based tools for personal development and are not medical treatments or a substitute for professional care.
In this series, Lynn educates and offers energetic perspectives on:
- How a healthy immune system identifies “self” vs. “non‑self”
- Common themes researchers discuss around autoimmunity (inflammation, triggers, and stressors)
- Gut health, barrier function, and communication between the gut and immune system
- Energetic patterns related to chronic inflammation and flare‑ups
- The emotional and mental load of living with long‑term health conditions
- Family patterns, genetics, and ancestral “immune stories”
- Detox and drainage concepts and how the body processes internal and external stress
- Tools for cultivating inner authority, self‑advocacy, and clearer communication with your body
Each MP3 blends education with guided energetic work aimed at relaxation, awareness, and self‑support - not at diagnosing or curing specific autoimmune conditions.
What’s included in the Autoimmune Series
- A core class that explains key immune system concepts in simple language
- Multiple focused MP3s on specific body systems and immune themes (for example: joints and mobility, skin and barrier support, thyroid and metabolism, digestive system and gut lining, nervous system calm, etc.)
- Energetic sessions on stress, trauma, and emotional patterns that may influence how you experience your body
- Processes that invite more ease with flare‑ups, pacing, and daily self‑care rituals
