I know we are all tired or hearing and talking about COVID and the Spike Protein. You guys know I can’t always sugar coat things and I am all about the bodies and the science, – so we need to TALK.
I know most of us would say that we are not experiencing Long Haul COVID symptoms, but I am here to tell you that is probably not the case! Almost EVERY client in the last month or so I have had to work on Spike Protein issues. In the last year or so have you experienced any of the following:
- Memory issues including
- Inability to find a word at times – sometimes you can see the letter the word starts with but just can’t come up with the word
- See someone’s name on your phone and just not able to think how you know them
- Fatigue
- Muscle weakness or Involuntary muscle contractions (like restless leg)

- Palpitations – Arrythmias, Dizziness

As you have probably heard me say over and over – it is NOT the COVID Virus that creates the problems, but rather the Spike Protein, it enters human cells and for many wreaks havoc. How do we get the Spike Protein in our cells?
- When you get COVID Virus the Spike Protein is on the outside of the virus and it anchors it into the ACE2 receptors (many more people had COVID than realize because so many were symptomless)
- When you get the COVID Vaccine or Boosters – the vaccine is not the COVID Virus rather the mRNA uses the cells in your body to create the Spike Protein so that the body will learn how to fight it. But it turns a person into a Spike Protein creating machine.
Ask Yourself...
- Did you have any symptoms started within the last 2.5 years after COVID began?
- Have you had symptoms that have lasted 3 months or longer?
